Deposit payments are refundable if the reservation is cancelled 30 days before original arrival date, minus administrative fee.
For cancellation less than 30 days before the original date of arrival:
- if we are unable to re-rent the apartment for the said dates, we reserve right to keep your deposit payment with the understanding that if we succeed in re-renting the apartment for the said days, we will refund accordingly.
- if we are able to re-rent the apartment for your original period of stay reserved, we agree to refund your deposit payment, minus administrative fee.
